AS A JUNIOR (2004)
Made 11 appearances and tossed 15.1 innings • Posted a 4.70 earned run average and did not record a decision • Recorded 14 strikeouts and limited opposing batters to a .185 average • Had five outings of at least two innings • Fired two shutout innings and struck out four batters in two innings against South Carolina on May 11 • Longest outing of the year was 2.1 innings versus UNC Greensboro on May 6 • Pitched against Florida State in the ACC Tournament on May 29.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2003)
Worked 14.2 innings over 10 appearances, including three starts • Did not record a decision and posted a 6.75 ERA • Struck out 14 batters • Allowed no runs and just three hits in seven relief appearances (8.1 innings) • Fanned a career-high five batters in 2.1 innings against High Point on April 8.
AS A FRESHMAN (2002)
Appeared in 14 games • Had two hits in nine at-bats • Hit a two-run double against Maryland on March 17 • Hit his first career home run two days later on March 19 with a shot to straightaway center field against Princeton.
